What is it?
CONTACT Canberra provides up to date information, referral and support to ACT residents via their shopfront, their website and a range of publications.
CONTACT Canberra’s Info Shop is a central one-stop shop for information and referral to Canberra’s community services, organisations, support and interest groups. The shopfront operates as a drop in service, where staff and volunteers can assist people to access support.
The ACT Community Directory
The ACT Community Directory is an easy-to-use online database of community services operating the Canberra Region. You can find support groups, social services, not-for-profit organisations and things to do. Simply go to www.actcommunitydirectory.com.au and start searching.

Who runs it?
Volunteering and Contact ACT
Volunteering and Contact ACT is both the peak body for volunteering and the volunteering support service for the ACT and the key source for the Canberra community to access accurate information on, and referral to, Canberra’s community services and programs.
