Who is eligible?

A referral by a treating medical practitioner is required.
Eligibility is available to ACT residents who have regular appointments with a dietician, agree to have their information stored on a database and meet the co-payment of $45 per participant per week.

How do I apply?

To apply for the scheme contact your dietician or treating medical practitioner.
