What is it?

Companion House Assisting Survivors of Torture and Trauma, assists people living in the Canberra region who may have experienced torture or trauma in their country of origin, in other countries, or in the process of migration to Australia.
Companion House can provide medical services, counselling, complementary therapy, community development, training and professional development, advocacy, and immigration advice.

Companion House is a non-government organisation and services are free of charge.

Eligibility varies for each of the services run by Companion House. You should contact Companion House for further information.
