What is it?

ACT Seniors Card is managed by the COTA ACT on behalf of the ACT Government. A Seniors Card provides cardholders with discounts at over 500 businesses in the ACT and a number of businesses interstate. The ACT Seniors Card also provides concessions for transport on ACTION Buses, discounts on motor vehicle registration, and access to the Seniors Spectacle Scheme.

ACT Government Concessions aim to achieve a balance in the standard of living and access to essential services for all members of the ACT community.

Who is eligible?

Cardholders must be ACT residents aged 61 years or older who are not in paid employment for more than 20 hours per week.

How to apply

Application forms are available from, and can be lodged at, Canberra Connect Shopfronts, ACT Public Libraries and the offices of COTA ACT in Hughes.
